WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our staffed hours vary by location—check your preferred club’s page for specific details.

Need to work out after hours? No problem! Members enjoy 24/7 access using the front entrance scanners.

Holiday Hours? Any changes during public holidays or events will be posted on our website and social media pages—stay tuned!


HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO JOIN?
We welcome members from 14 to 90+ years old!

Under 16? You’ll need to work out with a parent/guardian (20+ years) or one of our personal trainers for safety and support.


CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes! You can transfer your membership to someone who isn’t a current member. Just visit reception to sort out the details.


CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Absolutely! You can freeze your membership for:

Travel outside Auckland or serious illness (minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months).
Important Notes:

Freezes must be requested in writing—fill out a form at reception or email your club.
Frozen time does not reduce your contract period; it simply extends it.


AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?
Yes, but we’re flexible!

If your situation changes, you can request an early exit (exit fee applies).
Alternatively, transfer your membership to someone else using our easy process above.


CAN I ACCESS ALL JUSTWORKOUT BRANCHES?
Yes—your membership card provides access to all branches, unless you selected a local branch-only membership.


WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE IN PLACE?
Your safety is our priority!

First aid kits and AED machines are available at every branch.
Staff and trainers are certified professionals with First Aid training.
Trainers screen new members for health risks and promote safe exercise techniques.


HOW DO I HIRE A PERSONAL TRAINER?
Easy! Stop by reception or chat with us on the gym floor. We’ll match you with the perfect trainer for your goals.

Bonus! Many of our trainers offer a free introductory session—just ask!


WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY PERSONAL TRAINER?
No problem—talk to your trainer directly or visit reception for assistance.


CAN I BRING MY OWN PERSONAL TRAINER?
Sorry, we can’t allow outside trainers, except for special medical rehab cases.

Why? Our trainers are carefully selected, highly qualified, and self-employed, so we’re committed to supporting their businesses.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND BRING TO WORK OUT?
Clothing: Wear comfortable gym attire and closed-toe shoes.
Hydration: Bring a water bottle—we’ve got fountains for refills!
Towels: Always bring a workout towel—it’s gym etiquette!
Deodorant: A quick spritz before your session keeps the gym fresh for everyone!
