Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm
Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm
Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm
Sunday Unstaffed

When the gym is unstaffed, please scan your membership cards barcode using the scanner located beside the front door. Check our website and social for any public holiday staffed hours changes.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Our Milford 24HR club has a large air conditioned Group Fitness Studio. On offer are ABT (Abs, Butt n Thighs), ZUMBA, H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) classes plus the very popular Pilates & Yoga too!

LADIES ONLY FLOOR

Get your girlfriends together and get into shape in our dedicated women’s only exercise space. Our ladies only gym has everything you need to get fit from a wide range of strength and cardio equipment to plenty of free weights and luxurious tiled bathrooms.

CARDIO

Our premium quality cardio equipment is supplied by True Fitness. Every bike, treadmill and crosstrainer is powerful, stable and smooth, featuring the latest in touch screen technology delivered on LCD screens. Keep on top of your progress, watch Sky or Freeview, or go on a virtual tour of world famous running trails. You can also bring your iPhone or iPod and play your own music and videos while you workout. Concept 2 rowing machines complete your cardio experience.



STRENGTH & FREE WEIGHTS

On the ground floor you’ll find our mixed men's and ladies' gym space offering a fine selection of the latest Free Weight and Strength Machines. Enjoy plenty of variety with power racks, smith machine, cable crossover, kettle bells and more!

OUTDOOR WORKOUTS

Enjoy a bit of fresh air working out in our outdoor exercise area. This is where you can go to chill out, enjoy your own yoga or Pilates session, workout with medicine balls, kettlebells, swissballs, dumbbells or boxing with a trainer or partner all while getting a good dose of vitamin D.



PERSONAL TRAINING

Our PERSONAL TRAINERS will guide and encourage you through your workouts, increasing your efficiency, motivation and accountability with every session. They accommodate your goals, physical condition and medical history, using their expertise to ensure you get the most out of your time at the gym.

PERSONALISED WORKOUT PLANS

Our memberships include easy to follow picture based workout programs. We offer four free appointments with our fitness instructors per year for program updates. During staffed hours our instructors provide on the floor tips and variation suggestions to keep your workouts interesting.
