A fine selection of state of the art Strength equipment is found throughout out the club. We have machines to cover all ranges of motion, plus a few extras to ensure variety in your workouts.
All the gear is built to offer elite-level performance, cutting edge visual appeal and ergonomic and bio-mechanical functionality.
We have a full complement of free weight equipment including power racks, kettlebells & dumbbells, Olympic bars and rubber plates, flat & decline benches and an assortment of fixed weight barbells.
We offer some of the world’s best cardio equipment from TRUE Fitness USA. The Treadmills, Bikes and Crosstrainers are super smooth, and there are large screen LCD TVs suspended from the ceiling so you can watch Sky and Freeview channels while you workout. And for those who love to row there are plenty of Concept 2 rowing machines as well
Our Birkenhead 24HR club has a beautiful air conditioned Group Fitness Studio.
On offer are 30 & 40 minute H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) classes and our lower intensity F.I.I.T (Functional Intensity Interval Training) classes. These classes are guaranteed to burn loads of calories in a short workout time There is also PILATES and YOGA classes too.

Group training is an excellent way to take you beyond your usual comfort zone to get you real results in an exciting team environment.
