Matt’s BFIT Bootcamps are a great way of getting fit in a fun group environment. They’ll take you beyond your usual comfort zone to get you real results. Usually ‘The Team’ (that’s you) work hard and work together, forming friendships to help each other achieve more.

When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30am – 7:15am
Cost: $15 per session or buy two sessions a week and get your third one free!
All sessions run for 45 minutes or more, and a warm up is included. Please bring water, a towel and comfy exercise clothes.

Factor-F is a 30min High Intensity Interval Training workout offering fast results in strength, speed, fitness and fat burning. Session days alternate between using TRX Suspension on one day and Functional Circuit on another.
