Just like all our clubs, we have a great team in Milford. They’ll make sure you have the right programme to fit your goals and they’ll keep you on track to achieve them. You’ll enjoy convenient 24hr access, top quality equipment, and world class group fitness. Plus we have a dedicated women’s only floor. There is also plenty of free street parking around our club, including large carparks on Dodson Ave and at the end of Pierce Rd.

Enjoy a bit of fresh air during your workout? JustWorkout Milford has a great little outdoor area where you can go to cool off, or take out a yoga mat, a medicine ball or some free weights and get your dose of vitamin D and your workout done all at the same time!


On the ground floor you’ll find our mixed mens & ladies gym offering a fine selection of the latest Free Weight and Strength Machines from Inotec USA and FitnessWorks. Enjoy plenty of variety with power racks, smith machine, cable crossover, kettle bells and more!


We have some of the world’s best Cardio equipment from True Fitness USA. The Treadmills, Bikes and Crosstrainers are super smooth and feature touch screen TVs  for both Sky and Freeview channels and virtual tours of amazing world famous locations. You can also bring your iPhone or iPod and play your own music and videos while you workout.


Get pumped and have fun in our air-conditioned top floor group fitness studio with sea views. On offer are international Group Fitness brand ‘RADICAL FITNESS’ classes including POWER (barbell),  X55 (step & weights) and  KI-MAX (boxing and kickboxing), We also have the very popular PILATES, YOGA, ABT’S and ZUMBA FITNESS classes. Get the ladies together and get into shape on our middle floor which, is dedicated to ladies only. Our ladies floor is a comfortable area with a wide range of equipment. You can choose between this level or level one, or mix it up as you workout.


Personal Trainers guide and encourage you through your workouts, increasing your efficiency, motivation and accountability with every session. They accommodate your goals, physical condition and medical history, using their expertise to ensure you get the most out of your time at the gym.


Most JustWorkout memberships include easy to follow picture based workout programs. We offer four free appointments with our fitness instructors per year for program updates. During staffed hours our instructors provide on the floor tips and variation suggestions to keep your workouts interesting.
