We have machines to cover all ranges of motion, plus a few extras to ensure variety in your workouts. We have a full complement of free weight equipment including power racks, kettlebells & dumbbells, Olympic bars and rubber plates, flat & decline benches and an assortment of fixed weight barbells.
We offer some of the world’s best cardio equipment from TRUE Fitness USA. The Treadmills, Bikes and Crosstrainers are super smooth, and there are large screen LCD TVs suspended from the ceiling so you can watch Sky and Freeview channels while you workout. And for those who love to row there are plenty of Concept 2 rowing machines as well

Our memberships include easy to follow picture based workout programs. We offer four free appointments with our fitness instructors per year for program updates. During staffed hours our instructors can provide on the floor tips and variation suggestions to keep your workouts interesting.
