Dear Members,
Our gyms will remain closed at Level 3 under the Governments requested period which is currently due to end at midnight on Tuesday 5th October 2021.
We have continued with member payments and instead will offer a credit when we re-open. After the last lockdowns we have learnt this is a far simpler way of doing things in our systems and we hope you can understand this. We would really appreciate it if you could consider supporting us by not seeking this credit, however all requests will be honoured. We are 100% locally owned small business with continuing rent and overheads. The lockdown costs are substantial and we do need ‘the power of many’ for your gym to be healthy and fit.

Group Fitness

Our Albany 24HR club has a beautiful air conditioned Group Fitness Studio.

On offer are 30 & 40 minute H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) classes and our lower intensity  F.I.I.T (Functional Intensity Interval Training) classes. These classes are guaranteed to burn loads of calories in a short workout time There is also PILATES, YOGA  and ZUMBA too!

Team Training

JustWorkout Albany is home to the Inotec P6, a state of the art team training station. This hexagonal structure provides an exciting and varied platform for small group personal training sessions.

Group training is an excellent way to take you beyond your usual comfort zone to get you real results in a fun, team environment.


Our premium quality cardio equipment is supplied by True Fitness. Every bike, treadmill and crosstrainer is powerful, stable and smooth, featuring the latest in touch screen technology delivered on lcd screens.

Keep on top of your progress, watch Sky or Freeview, or go on a virtual tour of world famous running trails.

You can also bring your iphone or ipod and play your own music and videos while you workout. Concept 2 rowing machines complete your cardio experience.


State of the art Inotec strength equipment is found throughout JustWorkout Albany. We have machines to cover all ranges of motion, plus a few extras to ensure variety in your workouts.

Free Weights

We have a full complement of brand new free weight equipment including power racks, dumbbells, flat, decline and arm curl benches, plate loaded calf raise and t-bar rows, and a precision guided smith machine

Personal Training

Our PERSONAL TRAINERS will guide and encourage you through your workouts, increasing your efficiency, motivation and accountability with every session. They accommodate your goals, physical condition and medical history, using their expertise to ensure you get the most out of your time at the gym.

Fitness Instruction

Our memberships include easy to follow picture based workout programs. We offer four free appointments with our fitness instructors per year for program updates.

During staffed hours our instructors can provide on the floor tips and variation suggestions to keep your workouts interesting.
