In your busy life it’s important to allow time for yourself and our Forrest Hill club is just the place. Your sanctuary away from it all, release tension; regroup your thoughts, perfect for your mind, body and soul. Members enjoy reciprocal membership with all other JustWorkout branches. The main gym, studio and bathrooms are air conditioned for your comfort and amenities include luxurious tiled bathrooms, infrared saunas, ironing facilities, hair dryers, hair straighteners and a free locker service.
No queues here! There is heaps of top end cardio equipment including World-Class treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowers & spin bikes. Both the upstairs and downstairs workout areas have places to stretch and plenty of Audio Visual systems are throughout the club including rows of LCD TV's and a 10,000 plus music track so you'll never be short of entertainment.
Advanced Dual Action Strength Machines using arms & legs in a natural alternating range. Both the Paul Chek Triple and Quad Crossover train the body in almost any range of motion. Unique FreeForm free weight machines add very functional training not normally found in gyms anywhere in the world. Unique Extended Range of Motion (ERM™) machines for strength through a greater range of motion. Unique Core Conditioning Platform for great abdominal and back training.
The club has one of the largest air conditioned Group Fitness Studio's on the North Shore. On offer are international Group Fitness brand ‘RADICAL FITNESS’ classes and the very popular ZUMBA Fitness. All classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Zumba Fitness will help you work to the moves and grooves of modern salsa style dancing. And to tone up checkout POWER (Pump Weights) and KIMAX (boxing & Kickboxing) for a workout aimed at burning the maximum amount of calories per session. We also have classes of PILATES and YOGA for all levels.
We encourage you to work with our Qualified Personal Trainers. They are skilled at helping you build a strong foundation in fitness which, in conjunction with our cutting edge equipment and a balanced diet, will help you to achieve that lifetime habit of staying in shape.
There is parking for more than 50 cars at the rear carpark and another 10 out front. Remember to display your current JustWorkout car stickers, which are available from reception.
To ensure everybody has a good experience every time they visit us we ask that…
- They be courteous and considerate to fellow members, trainers, staff and prospective members.
- All weights are to be placed back on their respective racks.
- Appropriate footwear must be worn when on the gym floor. Toes must be covered at all times this means no jandals or sandals.
- All members use a towel when working out at all times.
- For hygiene reasons food must not be consumed on the floor.
- They please leave locker keys in locker doors before leaving the club.
- For health reasons chewing gum is not permitted.
