Our air-conditioned Cardio area offers some of the world’s best equipment from True Fitness USA. Versaclimber & Concept II. The treadmills, bikes and crosstrainers are super smooth and feature touch screen TVs for both Sky and Freeview channels and virtual tours of amazing, world famous trails. You can also bring your iphone or ipod and play your own music and videos while you workout.
State of the art Inotec & FitnessWorks strength equipment is found throughout JustWorkout CBD. We have machines to cover all ranges of motion, plus a few extras to ensure variety in your workouts. The Inotec range is built to offer elite-level performance, cutting edge visual appeal and ergonomic and bio-mechanical functionality.. There is also a custom built Crossfit Jungle Gym Rig to offer a fun playground.
We have a full complement of brand new free weight equipment including Crossfit jungle gym racks, dumbbells, flat & decline benches and a heavy duty plate loaded leg press.
Most JustWorkout memberships include easy to follow picture based workout programs. We offer four free appointments with our fitness instructors per year for program updates. During staffed hours our instructors can provide on the floor tips and variation suggestions to keep your workouts interesting.
Personal trainers guide and encourage you through your workouts, increasing your efficiency, motivation and accountability with every session. They accommodate your goals, physical condition and medical history, using their expertise to ensure you get the most out of your time at the gym.
